Production, sales and consumption continuously produce data streams that contain potential for major progress. Which type of food is exactly right for me? Is the meal on my plate environmentally friendly, kosher, vegan, fair, compatible with my allergy?
The three-year programme Business Innovation food.opendata.ch supports creative, entrepreneurial and scientific projects in the field of food data, all along the path from the first idea to a product’s appearance on the market. Each project is scientifically supervised by the College of Management of Technology of ETH Lausanne.
